In this episode we talked about inappropriate customer behavior, and how servers can deal with this problem. As a server you should contact management, have a coworker take over your section, record conversations, or if nothing helps contact police authorities and media.
We also strongly suggest you use your own judgment along with the suggested steps if this kind of situation arise. If anybody is making you feel uncomfortable, please take the necessary steps to address this issue.
